Shipping

 

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We ask for your patience at times, such as around public holidays or during sale when the volume of orders significantly increases. Please send us an e-mail us at sales@pipkits.com if you have any questions about your order. Do not use social media for order enquiries, due to the volume of notifications these can be missed.

UK customers:  All our orders are sent via ‘Royal Mail 24 Signed for’ this is a first class traceable business service. Tracking information will only show when an order has been delivered.

International customers:  All orders are sent using a Royal Mail International Tracked service.  We are happy to provide tracking information if required, please e-mail to request. International orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties in the destination country.  This is payable by the customer, we have no responsibility for these fees. We are unfortunately unable to provide a calculation for these costs in advance as they are calculated by the destination country. The customer takes full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift to avoid these charges. Due to Brexit and Covid couriers are reporting significant delays to services and so please expect to wait for your international order to arrive.

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive please email us and we will advise. Please note at this point we will contact Royal Mail to begin a complaints procedure and will only reissue/refund after we have their confirmation. As many of our items sell out quickly a refund may be the only option available at this point.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives and report any breakages, missing parts or faults immediately.
